Information on how to claim a refund

TICKETS PURCHASED BY THE BOX OFFICE

From Monday 25 November to Friday 6 December, tickets purchased at the ticket offices of Venezia Unica will be refunded. To get a refund you will need to show up at the ticket office where you bought it.

TICKETS PURCHASED ON-LINE

Tickets purchased online will be reimbursed automatically without having to request a fee; with crediting of the amount paid on the credit card paid for the purchase.

TICKETS PURCHASED BY AGENCY

Tickets purchased through an agency will be reimbursed directly by the agency where they were purchased.
