TICKET REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The performance of Turandot on Friday, August 30, did not take place due to the announcement of a strike by the OO.SS and RSUs of the Opera House
– Online purchases: it will not be necessary to apply for a refund, which will take place automatically on the credit card used, within 30 days. Purchasers have been notified accordingly by email
– Purchases at ticket offices and through telephone ticketing: purchasers have received communication from the Ticketing Office of Vela Spa with a request for bank details to obtain a refund by bank transfer; the details must be received by September 10, 2024

Puccini’s opera Turandot was left unfinished at his death in 1924 as he struggled with writing its finale, and upon his passing Franco Alfano ventured into completing the score from the Maestro’s sketches. Although there have been attempts at writing alternate endings, today Turandot remains a repertory staple in the Puccini-Alfano version.
