REFUND TERMS

– Online buyers: it will not be necessary to request a refund, which will be made automatically on the credit card used, within 30 days. Purchasers will receive related e-mail communication

– Purchases at ticket offices and through mobile ticketing: purchasers will receive relative communication from the Ticketing Office of Vela Spa with a request for bank details to get the refund by bank transfer; the details must be received by September 10, 2024.
